www.footytiento.com You do not have to pay a shipping fee for your international purchases made on our website. However, you will need to pay the customs duty imposed by our government to the courier who delivers the product to your door.

For internationally sourced products, once the products are shipped, your shipping information is entered into the system. From that moment on, the responsibility for the package rests with the customer. Since the package is prepared directly according to the customer's information, tracking the product is also the responsibility of the customer.

Except for personalized products, exchange and return are available for all our products. You can send your product to us with Aras Cargo using the "2114454550909" account code. Just provide this code to the cargo representative. For products sourced from abroad, as the products are sent directly to you from abroad, refunds cannot be made before delivery. Customers who shop for products from abroad are deemed to have accepted the 15-30 business day delivery period applicable to overseas products. Once your order arrives at the address you specified in the system from abroad, you can proceed with the return and exchange procedures as indicated. Unless there is an error on our part, you are responsible for any shipping costs in exchanges. In the case of discretionary returns, the shipping cost and all transaction fees are at the customer's expense. We have a 5 business day period for exchanges. Transactions that exceed this period will not be accepted under any circumstances. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for products with removed tags, worn, washed items, or defective products.
A note explaining the situation should be included in the package with the product that has been decided for return/exchange. For example, I request to exchange my product in size L that I sent in my order number xxxxxxxxx, or I request a refund for the product x in my order number xxxxx.

For products sourced from abroad, our delivery time is 15-30 working days.

For digital formats, the delivery time is 10-15 working days.

For our own production hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

For products in the express shipping category, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
